First appt with Dr Chang after Dr Gottlieb’s retirement. Really appreciated Dr Chang reviewing my history with me, recent scans and involving me in plan of care. Everyone always so nice/friendly. So glad UW Retina offers care in Rockford! Have been a patient for 35 years. Never disappointed.
