Just had my childhood gold ring resized by Jonathan. It came out the proper size, polished and looking brand new. He did an incredible job and now I can wear it again after many years. Incredibly happy and I will be back

I brought my loose diamonds in to turn into studded earrings for my wife. I needed a tight turn around (about a month) and he asked for specific info, I got it for him, he ordered the parts and got my earrings one day before my wife's birthday! Crazy awesome timing. Local owned business.
Extremely unprofessional! Terrible communication! Untrustworthy and a complete lack of ownership when confronted to rectify the issues we had with the service. We went to 5th Avenue Jewellers and were taken care of by true professionals.
