Went in to see if they accepted my eye insurance and they told me they needed a card. My insurance doesn't use cards so I asked if they could look it up. Lady at front desk rudely said no and that I'd have to call my insurance company to find out if they accepted my insurance. So I call my insurance company and get the info.
