Dr. Asp has performed hip surgeries for both my left and right hips. I just recently had my right hip surgery 2 weeks ago and I am feeling great. I could hardly walk before my surgery and now 2 weeks later I am walking a mile a day. That is truly a miracle. I tell Dr. Asp that he is my miracle worker and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
When my son was in medical school, he did a surgery rotation with Dr Asp and felt that Dr Asp was a top notch surgeon. Other recommendations came from friends and relatives. The total hip replacement surgery went exceptionally well. Bruising was at a minimum. I haven't needed a walker or a cane since getting out of the hospital. Haven't needed heavy pain medication since recovery room. Dr Asp did his job so well that he gave me the ability to do mine and recover. Singing praise every day.

Excellent surgeon. I've been going to him for years, first for a knee replacement and just now for a hip replacement. Two weeks into it and absolutely pain free and walking without a cane. He and his staff are the best.

Great surgeon! I would recommend him highly! I’m at 5 weeks after knee replacement and doing great! Dr Asp is very kind and concerned about my recovery. He is easy to talk to also!
I've been seeing Dr. Asp since 2012 when he replaced my knee. He is an excellent surgeon and his staff is superb to work with. My overall experience has always been nothing but great.
I am 6 weeks out from total right knee replacement and am totally satisfied. Can ride bike, walk with no limp, and have started swimming again. My extension was 126 at 4 weeks. Must work hard at rehab, but would recommend Dr Asp and his team to anyone. Gary from Maple Grove

Dr. Asp performed a right hip replacement on October 29, 2019. I was up walking that afternoon, and was discharged from the hospital the next day. I was able to get back to normal activity by October 15. including driving. I was virtually pain free the following surgery.

He has been my Doctor for many years. He did both my knee replacements, both successful. He has most recently done a surgery to repair left shoulder rotator cuff. I am still working on recovery.
Great first impression. With my 'regular' ortho surgeon retiring, I went to Dr. Asp and he and I clicked immediately. He and his PA, Sarah, will be my knee orth surgeon of record. I trust him and his judgement...no higher compliment needed.
