My mom has been in pain. She was referred to Dr. Allen. After MRI when she had the appointment, the Dr was rude. Just told them 2 options and that's it. That is not how a Dr. should treat any patient. Very unprofessional and made them feel like second class citizens. Unacceptable. Avoid this place if you are a POC.
Staff was great. Had CSpine fusion 3-5. Bilateral pain. More severe on left. First check up I told him that I still had the pain. He literally said “well your left doesn’t hurt!” Now I have severe nerve damage bilaterally.and will need a bilateral laminectomy C-C2-C6. Bilateral muscle atrophy due to nerve damage. Emg showed no flow in the ulnar, deltoid and bicep muscles. Will be having my additional (repair) surgery with Dr. Abshire.
I seen dr n dr didn't explain what or where my problem was he just referred me to pain management and therapy just like my primary dr can't seem to find any real medical dr to help by the time I do the damage might not be able to be fixed or even try to fix it then these so called medical professionals will want to cut on me no thanks
Staff was polite and accommodating and knowledgeable.
