I’ve been a long time client of Dr Alexander. He is always very easy to communicate with and helpful for me understanding the procedure and follow ups. He has a calm manner, is very thorough, and has a nice sense of humor! I would highly recommend his services.
I had anticipated a good appointment with her. I was hopeful. She quickly dashed any hopes I had for finding a fit for myself here. I had a truly negative appointment a year ago with a red headed male doctor here. She is not the doctor for you, if you want to be heard for Interstitial Cystitis, as a woman. Many in this field feel it is the same as OAB which it is not. She is in that school of thought. No bedside manner, completely closed off. I went to visit Dr. Lee for my second routine, recommended colonoscopy and he inspired complete confidence. He's calm, takes time with you, answers all questions and concerns. He makes you feel confident that he can handle just about anything without being the least arrogant. He's a great practitioner.
Swapna Reddy is the best doctor. She is so kind, caring, honest and skilled! She has changed my life. And I just can't express enough about how wonderful she is. From the moment we met to the last conversation, she made me feel cared for and listened to. I HIGHLY recommend her

Past visits were very satisfactory and confidence in this provider was strong. The last encounter was however briefer, seemed more hurried, but still ok until it was discovered that some diagnoses neither identified nor explained were entered into the file. Trust and confidence deeply impacted.

Went in for a visit, said I needed a MRI. After three weeks left an email through MyChart - no response. After six weeks called the office to be told it had never been ordered!!
