Horrible in store experience. Love the brand, but when I’m ready to spend thousands on furniture and the associate doesn’t interact with us a single time before we make it thru the entire store….bye :)

One star for the nice windows and another for the shiny chrome. I like Jonathan Adler, so I was excited to see an actual storefront. There's a lot to look at, including the faces of two employees who looked me and my fiancé in the eye and said absolutely nothing to us. One person walked across our path, looked at us and continued walking, the other looked up from behind the counter, made eye contact and looked back down. I dont need my hand held, but I enjoy being welcomed into a store. 🤔
