I saw Dr. Ducastel for the first time yesterday. In short, the appointment went wonderfully. The medical assistant (I think her name was Judy) was very kind, comforting, and competent. My friend (who accompanied me to the appointment) and I instantly clicked with her as well as with Dr. Ducastel, who was warm, welcoming, polite, considerate, down-to-earth, smart, and thoughtful, instilling me with confidence that I was in the right hands. Munson is fortunate to have a doctor of that caliber on staff.
