I cannot recommend Dr. Wademan and her incredible staff highly enough! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk team and technicians are exceptionally welcoming and efficient. Because of the nature of my job, my glasses tend to need frequent adjustments, and they always welcome me back for a quick fix. Marisa always gives great advice and suggestions and adjusts the frames for a perfect fit. She and Bidwell Optometry are wonderful.
They are good; Dr Wademan is great. Pricing is reasonable. We did both my kids CRTs here. Good frame collection. To become overall great and get 5 stars - they need to definitely work on wait times and proactive communication.
Very disappointed how they attended my niece.
Appointment on time. Clean environment. Clear communication. Examination thorough but not excessive. Results explained without unnecessary detail. Prescription accurate. No delays, no confusion, no pressure. Functional, efficient, and predictable—exactly what an optometry visit should be.
