Marisa always gives great advice and suggestions and adjusts the frames for a perfect fit. She and Bidwell Optometry are wonderful.
They are good; Dr Wademan is great. Pricing is reasonable. We did both my kids CRTs here. Good frame collection. To become overall great and get 5 stars - they need to definitely work on wait times and proactive communication.
Very disappointed how they attended my niece.
Appointment on time. Clean environment. Clear communication. Examination thorough but not excessive. Results explained without unnecessary detail. Prescription accurate. No delays, no confusion, no pressure. Functional, efficient, and predictable—exactly what an optometry visit should be.
The wife and I always get treated with respect and our issues and concerns are always addressed with the best service. I highly recommend this Optometry.
