Went for my first appointment after being told by the front staff that I cancelled an appointment the prior week. Called first to find “ I had cancelled an appointment the previous week”. No so, as I had not cancelled any appointment. Sat in the office for over an hour (first waiting). It was very quick. I was there for a trigger finger. I got an injection and was out of there in a few minutes. Pleasant experience
I've been going to Dr. Liss for almost 7 months and I've undergone 2 surgeries. Unfortunately, I have more pain than when I started, even after physical therapy. When I expressed my concerns, he told me I have a negative attitude and my fibermyalgia is probably to blame. I told him I don't have fibermyalgia with his response being "you need physical therapy ". From the first few minutes I felt I was in good hands. He took time to help me understand options. He throughly explained the procedure so that I knew what to expect. Although he’s done this for years, over and over again his manner made me feel special.
I was in and out of the bldg in 34 minutes. They run the office like a well oiled machine. I was checked in, taken back for a couple of X-rays, and had my appt with Dr Ong in that time. Dr Ong has performed knee/hip surgery on my Mom, Dad, Aunt, Uncle, friend, and friend’s mom just to name a few. So when I started having hip pain I knew I wanted to see no one else but Dr Ong. Dr Ong is personable, knowledgeable, and puts his patients first.
