JC and Pro Fix did an outstanding job helping me avoid the at fault party’s insurer total our car after an accident and repairing our car. I would highly recommend them.
I found ProFix when I was traveling through Atlanta and had an emergency problem. They were the only shop in the area that could look at my car immediately without an appointment, and they got it fixed in just a few hours. They were super honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to upcharge me for anything I didn’t need (especially as a girl who doesn’t know much about her car!). I highly recommend ProFix and had a great experience overall.
Great customer service, support, and communication. Konrad was very professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled everything with the third party covering the damages.
