I had a terrible experience at this clinic. Last Friday, I went to get a referral to an OB-GYN due to a possible miscarriage. Despite being in pain, I waited an hour in the lobby. Meanwhile, I saw the receptionist speaking rudely to an elderly patient, laughing, and acting unprofessionally—it felt more like a marketplace than a hospital. Unethical billing practices. I had an exam and cortisone shot for my shoulder. They billed this as 2 separate office visits and billed the shot as “surgical.” I followed up with an email when my pain then became worse and asked for a referral to a surgeon. They billed this email exchange as 2 separate telehealth visits. This type of predatory billing practice affects everyone’s healthcare. I reported them to my insurance provider and they followed up.
