I am writing to share my appreciation for Dr. Yazdanmeh, who recently became my dentist after Dr. Cassell’s retirement. He is an outstanding dentist—professional, kind, and exceptionally skilled. When my crown unexpectedly fell off, Dr. Yazdanmeh was able to take care of me with absolute precision. The newer dentist, Dr. Yaz, was kind and attentive during my appointments. He was able to replace my front tooth after an emergency and helped to make it even cosmetically better than before. He made sure I did not have any pain and I’m so pleased with the outcome and the work that was done. I’m happy to say I’m not embarrassed to smile with my teeth anymore, I would highly recommend.
Being new to Cassell Dentistry, I don’t know how the practice was previously run. Despite that, I can comfortably say I’m glad I made the decision to visit Cassell Dentistry as it’s conveniently located down the street from work and staff have been nothing short of spectacular. The customer service doesn’t even feel like customer service, it feels like one human wanting what’s best for the human walking in. I’ve been going to Dr. Cassell’s practice for years and always have been satisfied with their care. Recently I was treated for a dental emergency by Dr. Yaz and he was very personable and found a source of my problem quickly. Not only he squeezed me in at the end of the day but also took care of the issue the very next day at 7am to accommodate my situation.
