The deal appeard to fall through at the 11th hour. With this affecting everyone on three sides of interest, Jon pulled through, did not give up and resolved the situation that could have affected many in a negative light. Jon is extraordinary. , intelligent, and knows his playing field. This patient individual has what it takes. I would strongly recommend Jon as an honest professional with trust and assurance.

I can't imagine having a better realtor. Even in the absolutely crazy Minneapolis housing climate, somehow Jon was still able to find my husband and I the perfect home for us, and we truly felt that he was advocating for us and had our backs. He is very knowledgeable, and was responsive to all of our phone calls and emails, making no question feel like a dumb question despite our limited home-buying knowledge. Plus, he is just down-right kind and full of integrity. I would absolutely recommend!
