Great communication and beyond the competition..and this from an experienced buyer and seller.. I know the drill.. In the past, the challenge I had with most Realtors was poor communication. I call and they don't call back. I email and get a response like 2 or 3 days later, if at all. With Team Silva it was a great experience, because everything was so easy for me.
