Awful! First,they are not an Aveda salon like they advertise themselves to be (first example of them being a shady business). When I called for an appointment, they made it on the wrong day. When I showed up on the correct day, they told me that I showed up on the wrong day. They lied and said they called me on Tuesday to see if I was going to show up but that I didn't answer the phone. I immediately pulled up my phone history to show that I had no missed calls on Tuesday (therefore that was a lie - shady example #2). Since ... read more
