I have over $30k of 'appliances' in my mouth from extensive reconstructive work done since I was a child. I would strongly recommend Dr. Samaha as his work and staff are top notch.
STAY AWAY! Dr. Samaha touts a lot of expertise, but I had a cap fall off and a root canal that needed to be done TWICE. The first time he told me it was my fault! Seems quite worry-free for a guy who charges so much and has to fix errors. Thankfully there are other options....
BE CAREFUL of him! His assistants do all the work and they are not skilled. I had to return endless times to get my caps to stay in. I have since gone to another dentist who is now repairing all the bad work Samaha did. He never asks you about the color of the crown he is about to put in. Many of my crowns with him are the wrong color. PATIENT BEWARE!
I've gone to this dentist for 20 years and I just moved out of state and went to a new one. I'm told that the majority of my teeth are filled, which, was shocking news seeing as I was only informed of one, and since I was a minor the whole time I was a patient, I consulted my mother, who was also uninformed of this. What I do know is they'd tell me I needed sealants (to prevent cavities) all the time, sometimes they'd even drill/use novacain (which is not NORMAL). very expensive compared to local dentists. work is okay, poor bedside manner
Dr. Samaha was wonderful! I was very hesitant to see a dentist with so many bad experiences. He and his staff made me feel completely comfortable. Great office! The front office staff made absolutely sure I understood what my portion would be - they explained what my insurance company would pay (an estimation) and offered to send in a pre-estimation first.... I highly suggest. Kudos to him and his whole staff!
Went to have a cavity filled. It took three times for him to get it "right". Even now it still isn't 100%. He doesn't explain everything and is quick with his work. My portion was suppose to be $800 and after the office mix up, it ended up being $3000. Be careful and double check everything they tell you or you might have a surprise after the visit.
