ONE VERY HAPPY CLIENT! – What a great experience, I was impressed at how friendly everyone was. They were all realy down to earth for such an up-scale salon...it was really nice to see!!!! My harstylists was attentive to me and took the time to teach me about my hair...it was very helpful. I have to say though, I read all the reviews before I wrote mine and the negative reviews really sound like it is from someone with a personal issue. Big city find in little Cranston! – Great atmosphere but more importantly great work. Finally a place a guy can get a professional cut. My wife started going first and has been very happy with her cuts and colors and recommended I give it a try. I don't exactly have the hair I used to and had fallen into a routine of barbershop & quick cuts (you know the places) - but gave it a shot over the holidays. previous goldwell rep – I have known Jon for 13 years. I met him at a hair show where I was introduced to him by the Boston Goldwell rep. I can testify they are Boston bred boys! Jon is one of the best colorist in RI, I would go as far as saying in MA too.He is a certified Goldwell (professional color) colorist. Jon doesn't need to toot his horn b/c I will do it for him. wow the owner does like to toot his own horn – I was reading the reviews on this salon the first one is a bad one ...then I noticed a response for a ID naterella which from what it said that he or she has'nt taken a client in over a year .....so I take it that would be the owner....but funny thing is they wrote a reveiw on the salon with that same ID naterella like they were a client......talk about tooting their own horn.......lol
Are you serious? – I moved into the area and thought from their write up that this would be the perfect place to go for my hair. I have lived in NYC and Boston but have never experienced such a bogus salon in my life. They are NOT from Newbury Street in Boston and their lack of skills or knowledge of how to color and cut hair is evident. They are brothers who act more like lovers, a little sick if you ask me. GREAT PLACE!! – This salon is really the best I've ever been to. The stylists work really hard to make sure you are truly happy with your hair. My appointments are never rushed and always on time. I would highly recommend this salon. From pedicures to foils, there really is no need to go anywhere else.
Super, styling, sophisticated – What a great salon! The staff is friendly and up to date on style trends and design. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cut & color. The stylist was a master at color mixing and matching, and the result was amazing! The salon is clean and tredy chic. Al in all a great experience.
Best salon – My wife had a bad color job in a high end salon in Prov. So one day I saw there name on the credits of the ABC6 news hair done by Jon Richard Salon so I told her to call they where more than happy to fix the color it was exactly what she wanted . So then I gave it a shot as a guy its hard to find a good hair cut ,but no reason to look anyfurther the two men that own it know there stuff both formly of Newbury St. The salon is beyond cool I thaught I walked in somewhere in Southbeach or LA . Check it out .
