What a kind and compassionate doctor. I was concerned that hip surgery would be my only option, but Dr Luessenhop took the time to explain my x-rays; he performed a physical examination to pinpoint where my pain was; and then made his recommendation for treatment which eased my mind tremendously. I wish more doctors were like him!!.
Doctor does not respond to any messages. Office staff likes to blame their problems on my chart. I am treated like a drug addict every time I request medication refills.
Hate going to this office they are so slow.. always a 30 minimum minute wait… not sure who the scheduler is, but they need a new one someone who’s mindful of time???????
This doctor is not in the business of preventive care. He seems to want to wait to do something until something happens, rather than taking proactive steps to keep patients healthy. His approach feels reactive rather than preventative, which can be frustrating. On top of that, he’s short, like 5’7”, and his bedside manner matches—brief and to the point, sometimes to the extent of feeling dismissive. If you’re looking for a doctor who takes a more engaged approach to your health, you may want to look elsewhere.
Doesn't like people on Medicaid.
Doctor Mreyoud was very nice and had a great bed side Manner he Explained the Procedure In away to where I could understand him I was glad he was able to find My diagnosis I would Recommend doctor Mreyoud to anyone that was thinking about going In for a Procedure
Had a course of action within minutes. He was 100% right.
My best friend had elevated liver results. It posted on her my chart as 'Grade 2 Stage 4 Cirrhosis'. My friend read that, sent it to me & we all of course immediately looked it up online. This was on a Friday afternoon. ELEVEN DAYS LATER, the doctor's NURSE, not the doctor, called her & told her that yes, she did have cirrhosis; & they'd called in a prescription for her to take; & to come back in 6 weeks. Chronic BPH and Kidney Stones. Moved from California and established care. I have come to respect and trust Dr. Perez which in my mind is essential for a postive patient provider relationship. Dr. Perez is a great listener and is very attentive to my needs and thoughts. He discusses rather than lectures. He is very kind and intuitive.
