Dr. Jansen is an extremely competent surgeon. My entire process with him was nothing but fully professional and he took extreme care to listen to me and explain everything in full detail about what would transpire during my surgery. I did not find him to be "cheeky" as another review suggests at all. I found Dr. Jansen to be very confident in his knowledge & expertise of my situation, but not "cheeky". I never have a problem! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Would you recommend this surgeon to others? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this surgeon's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
