I am in my 60's. I drive 45 miles to see Dr. H. for my urology concerns because I think he is one of the best urologists in northeast Kansas. I have always been seen within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Dr. H. always takes time to listen to my concerns and I trust him with my care and treatment. He has helped me with two different urology concerns. I never feel rushed during an appt.
Fast friendly straightforward
He is too busy and not friendly to elderly patients. The office staff left us in the waiting room for several hours one day and then the next time we were late and they wouldn't let us in at all. Very unfriendly and uncompassionate office staff.
