Venice was very nice and polite when she called and Abigail was very helpful
I had such a great experience getting my renters insurance through State Farm. Venice was absolutely amazing to work with, she was patient, kind, and really took the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable with my coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to get customer service that makes you feel genuinely cared for, but Venice truly delivered. Just like the slogan says, like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!
Venice was such a pleasure to work with! She’s so sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful. I truly believe that if you continue hiring people like her, this office will thrive and grow even more.
They Never pick up the phone , how hard can that be sittin in a office all day? Go to any other state farm office please
