Worked with Katie and it couldn't have been any smoother. She answered all my questions was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience getting my renters insurance through State Farm. Venice was absolutely amazing to work with, she was patient, kind, and really took the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable with my coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to get customer service that makes you feel genuinely cared for, but Venice truly delivered. Just like the slogan says, like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!
