No one answers the phone OUT FOR LUNCH FOR HOURS. Can’t leave message Web Site has no place to contact them If they cannot run a business and provide customer service why should I go there for eye care. Such a pathetic excuse for a business Amatures IMO
My experience with Dr Wada has always be perfect. He doesn't rush you, he is extremely thorough and positive. When he finds a problem he knows just when to refer you to an Ophthalmologist. I would never go to any other office.
I really like Dr. Wada. He is very patient and detailed when examining my eyes. He listens to my concerns and questions and answer them patiently. I do not like to have my eyes dilated with my previous optometrist because they just ask you to wear your shades. (Sometimes, I forgot to take it from my car, and that was painful to see in the sun with pupils dilated.) Dr wada's office, however, always provide me those disposable shades. So if I forget mine, no problem!.. Love the staff too!
Dr. Wada was quite angry that I would not let him do his job because I did not want my eyes to be dilated. I had my eyes dilated about a year before this exam and didn't want it done again so soon. I am also an overall healthy person with no diseases like diabetes which might warrant annual dilation. After the exam he did give me some good advice, so I'm glad I resisted the urge to get up and leave. But the best patients for Dr. Wada are good little children who obey without question.
