Jon is knowledgeable, motivated, honest and hard working. He listened closely and went the distance in selling our house. I highly recommend him as a realtor!
Jon was perfect! He was easy to talk to, very communicative, kept me apprised of the real estate climate but never pressured me into making the hard decisions. We caught the market at a challenging time, the glory days had ended, and I needed my home sold quickly. He got the job done and made absolutely certain that I was treated fairly in negotiations with the buyer. The only reason I don't plan to use him again is because I never ever want to move again! He is a true professional and is simply the best!
We worked with Jon over the course of 7 months to both sell and purchase a home. Could not recommend Jon more strongly. Interpersonally, he made us feel like family and we always enjoyed being around him. Technically, we had absolute confidence in his ability to find win-win scenarios for us and he helped us succeed in very uncertain times.
I have had several realtors over the years but never one who always put my best interests first until I met Jon.I can't say enough good things about him. He was always available for my questions which he answered and never beat around the bush trying to impress me. Instead he went the extra mile and exceeded all expectations. I would definitely use him again .
It's been a pleasure working with Jon. I do the photography for his listings and he really cares about his clients and marketing their property adequately.
