Lower back pain to the point where I can’t walk more than a hour without severe pain. Didn’t even exam me!! Saw narrowing of my last vertebrae on x-ray and told me I needed an MRI. Did nothing to help with my pain until then. Left office in pain and in tears. After the MRI, I will be requesting a different doctor
I have been patient of Dr. Hoppenfeld’s for years. I normally would give him a 5-star review except that in the process of him and other doctor’s in the midst of contract dispute with Atrium - don’t bother submitting important paper work that would have facilitated a badly needed, less invasive procedure on my back. He didn’t even bother to have the respect to notify me he was leaving. Not professional whatsoever.
Dr Hoppenfeld was phenomenal. Answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable with my new path towards being pain free.
