I went in for some extractions. I was taken back to consult within 10 min. I was then put to sleep, next thing I knew it was done and I was walking out the door. Very nice staff, very professional. Ive had no issues and its been 1 week. Feeling great!
Dr. Holmes was very patient, in answering all our questions. The staff was very friendly and professional. My son had a very good experience, with the procedure , from beginning to end. Dr. Holmes is very experienced, and took care of my son , in every way. Excellent Dr. and staff. Would highly recommend, for anyone to use this. Facility.
They pulled the wrong tooth!!! I sent my autistic son to get some extractions. Not only did they ignore me asking that they not pull five teeth at one time, and me wanting to be in the room with him, they pulled two of the wrong teeth and attempted to blame the referraing dentist stating that she sent the wrong treatment. The Dennis act like he didn’t know what the hell was going on while his hygienist was shaking and lying the whole time. My attorney is handling the situation now. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional but also very friendly. Everyone was more than happy to accommodate a small special need that seemed to upset other places I’ve been. Very helpful and knowledgeable with billing, all around a very good experience. They even called later in the day to check on me, I highly recommend them for oral surgery needs
We had a wonderful experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. The doctor was knowledgeable, caring, and provided excellent care. We truly appreciate the kindness and attention to detail shown throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
