It only took me one visit to feel absolutely comfortable and completely satisfied. Every single person in the building is genuinely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely approachable! It felt like I had been a patient of theirs for years. As far as services rendered during my visit, I could not be more pleased. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good
