The chimney sweep service today was excellent, and Mark and Romeo were both very competent. My expectations were surpassed by the chimney's examination and cleaning. They took the time to demonstrate how to use my damper because I thought it wasn't functioning. Furthermore, the lead, Mark, gave a clear explanation of the chimney and fireplace report.
