I am confident in the care I have received and continue to receive from Dr. Kulkarni. He is attentive to my questions and I am grateful. I finally feel more hopeful about my recovery and pain I’ve been enduring for months. The staff is very polite and kind; I appreciate that as well.

Dr Jon Karl found the issue causing my pain others missed! Yes, I had a protruding disc in my L3 area of my back but my worst pain was down in my L5 area. The original x-ray did not show this but afterward, I continued to push for an answer from my main doctors and a new x-ray showed 2 broken screws in my L5 area. Dr Karl knew that area wasn't right from a physical examination and didn't even need the x-ray. Kudos to Dr. Karl
Ended up realizing the real cause of my pain as many other doctors missed it.
Dr. Barr, with the help of my x-rays, explained how my arthritis is now affecting my muscles since my spinal fusion. So, with the assurance I am doing the right thing, I will continue with deep tissue massage therapy and exercise for pain relief. Dr. Barr is always very pleasant and helpful. Great doctor!
The dr explained everything to me when I had a question. He explained procedures. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They also answered any questions I had. The dr took the time to address my concerns. He took the time to listen and was very courteous.
I definitely would recommend Dr. Barr who is having pain problems. He is very thorough in his examinations and has a conservative approach with his diagnoses. A very personable doctor.

Dr. Karl has been my Dr. for a few years now and I have always felt that he was concerned about how I was doing. If I ever have questions or concerns about anything he always answered and listened. I never feel like I'm being rushed. Everyone at Ortho is so pleasant. If you are looking for a good caring Dr. then I would definitely recommend Dr. Karl.
