Waited over 15 minutes for hot chocolate. Customers in line behind me had their order taken and drinks given to them before us! Not cool.
Coffee was great this morning, however when I got my bagel it was rock hard and I could not eat it.

Best coffee drinks we’ve ever had and we’ve gone to some of the top coffee shops across the US! But what also won us over was the sweet friendly customer service! We drive all the way from Eagle to go to the Ontario Joltz coffee shop! What a treat!!❤️
The coffee is grand! And the baristas are the best in town! So friendly and fun! This is my favorite place for coffee, muffins, smoothies... Well, they have a lot of great stuff!
