I hired Ben Joltin for an auto accident claim he never returns my calls, nor does his secretary. I was to meet with him to talk about settling and he never showed up and hasn't returned any calls or texts and I been trying since end of July. I heard rumors before that he was in some trouble but he assured me he was not. Now I am stuck and have to find another attorney. Very unprofessional and misleading. Antoinette, Joltins secretary is a complete idiot. Never answers phone. Joltin had Liz, then Kayla, then a girl caught watching Netflix on basement couch while throwing away mail correspondence, then Antoinette, Kaylas mom....what the hell Ben. You are a disaster.
Negligent. Lies constantly. No moral compass. Seek anybody other than Joltin. A massive waste of money and time and prepare for heartache. Disgusted.
John S again.....clearly not 4 stars. If I could enter zero stars it wouldn't be good enough to describe Joltin being incompetent and frankly corrupt. Lies. Pathologically so. Unprepared. Clueless Car repossessed. House sheriff sale. Clearly has major issues in life that don't allow him to even be a bad lawyer Sucks!
