If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been coming here for about six years. Around two and a half years ago, I started experiencing hair thinning from what I now believe was traction alopecia. I brought my concerns directly to the owner. I explained that my hair was thinning and asked what I could do to help it recover. Scammers. Be aware!!! My wife called this place to make an appointment for me to do a retwist, Over the phone they said it was $120. As soon as I arrived and they realized my loc wasn’t started by them. They instantly started telling me all different prices for first timers $130 ,regulars $120 and I said ok no problem. Mind you my locs are short and not ready for any styling. Why this lady started pulling and tugging my hair to make a style just to take more money from me.
