If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been coming here for about six years. Around two and a half years ago, I started experiencing hair thinning from what I now believe was traction alopecia. I brought my concerns directly to the owner. I explained that my hair was thinning and asked what I could do to help it recover. Everything I had researched suggested reducing manipulation, styling less frequently, and even cutting a few locs to relieve tension and allow my hair to heal.
