RecommendedAbsolutely some of the best cuts and meat you can get in the st Francois, Washington, Jefferson county area. Never have been disappointed with the quality and taste of the meat. Friendly folks, as well!

This year we purchased a 1/4 beef and 1/2 hog and couldn't be happier with the quality of the meat, how the cuts were made as well as the way they were packaged! The Brewers are patient, knowledgeable and more than willing to explain all aspects of the process as it goes along. I can't say enough good things about them and will definitely be placing future orders with them!
so far we've had ribeyes, porterhouse and mild sausage from them and all of them were fantastic, you could cut the steaks with the dull side of a butter knife, I'm not kidding one bit. Top of our list to buy meat from!

We get a half a cow every year from Jolly’s. Absolutely love their meat. We won’t get ground beef from the regular grocery store now.
