I would like to call on one of the managers named “Edna”. She was very unprofessional on handling her staff. Please do a review on this employee. This Jollibee is very good, but would be tarnished with this kind of employee. I witness this incident and it’s very disappointing and alarming. I don't even know how this kind of person becomes a manager.

Great food, I’ve never had anything bad from Jollibee. The host staff, Saarah and Joy were both amazing as well. I’d come back any time just for the lovely interactions with them. Thank you both.
