The lady with false lashes who assembles the order on trays needs to have a good training in customer service.she executed Very Bad service and cannot accommodate customers concern specially when it comes to orders that the order taker did not take properly.

The food here is great, but the service really needs improvement. When we arrived, none of the service crew greeted us, which felt unusual for a Jollibee store. The staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. It felt like they weren’t paying much attention to the customers. We also received the wrong food after placing our order. Because of that, we had to go back to the counter to have it corrected. Overall, the experience would have been much better with more attentive and friendly service.

Jollibee is isn't how it use to be. I think they were serving pigeon meet the chicken become tiny, it isn't worth it to buy anymore. Price is high chicken get shrink. Pay for a bag 25c my food put it in small bag it is not fit but the crew forced it to fit it in. I can even hold it the bag. Poor of common sense.

Minutes ago, I visited this store. It wasn't busy. First, my receipt and buzzer was not given to me. Second, an incorrect order was taken by Zoey. Quite disappointing as we use Tagalog in taking my order and still got it wrong. Wanted to get two sides, but rang in the pos one side and wanted to charge me the regular price of the second side on the side. Experience could've been better if crew members will be trained well for customer service experience.
