I saw Joliet Eyecare for contacts and glasses. I was very happy with how my glasses came out, but was unable to get a pair of contacts that worked for me. Although the manufacturer of the contacts would not refund me, dr. Tahir and his staff worked with me to find the best solution to the problem. They were very professional and showed they care for their patients. Thank you! :)
Wow, AMAZING Doctor and staff! I was blown away at how genuine everyone is in caring for the patient's needs and eye health at this office. I had one of the last new patient appointments on Saturday, and as he completed my exam Dr. Tahir noticed that my mom who was with me had an irritated eye. She wasn't scheduled, but he was so concerned in making her eye healthy again that he graciously stayed HOURS past office hours to treat her! His staff is equally caring.
