The residence is clean, spotless. The doctors, nurses and all staff are kind, friendly and patient. There are many opportunities for patients and families to participate in, just to name a few, music therapy, pet therapy, art therapy and more.I am honored and privileged to volunteer here. I have met many new friends.
The staff and doctors here are excellent. It's so quiet. Looking outside the windows and there are tons of birds. Neil would love to see the birds.
I just want to share a special thank you to Reverend Love. She came in to pray with my Grandma and sing to her. It was truly beautiful. I know she loved it. My Gram passed the next day. I think Rev Love gave her some last beautiful conscious moments. I believe my Gram knew then it was ok to let go and that she didn’t have to fight anymore. I’ll forever have that memory of that. Thank you Reverend Love for bringing peace to my Gram and me as well. I’ll cherish that moment forever.
the staff and drs were amazing. They not only saw what my husband needs were but explained everything through every step. They even attended to my needs because I never left his side. The most caring and compassionate group of people. May God Bless the Staff at JACH.
You took the best care of my grandpa while we were there and my family will never be able to thank you enough. All your workers were kind and made sure my grandpa as well as my entire family was comfortable during a really tough time. Bunny and Angela were so wonderful. We are hoping to come back and volunteer to help other families in their tough times.
Joliet Hospice made a heart break experience something I could try to handle. My loving husband passed with dignity! I so grateful for their service!
They are absolutely a wonderful group to deal with.
