I always make sure all my appointments are at Jolie Toi. I take thought in the care of my hair and they really take care of me. Charlie the owner is so sweet and never hesitates to fill me in.
Charlie is top stylist he knows about haircut hair color u name it. I came to him with hair colored horribly. It had red, blonde and brown. Three different shades and I came out of the salon looking like a Hollywood star. He is extremely talented and knows what is high end and what looks sexy. I would never ever go to any other salon but his. Why would I???
Been looking for a new place to get my hair done and I have finally found my new place! Charbel far surpassed my expectations and I am beyond happy with the cut and new style he gave me.
