I’m not sure what problem had with Dr.Pentala & the office, but Pentala is an awesome doctor,she listens,she take her time with you. I you come with a problem she’s going to get to the bottom of it. My husband & I been going there for over 15 years & seriously we have had no complaints. Got new Dr after problems with staff and Dr pentala. After seeing my new Dr. Went to e.r. After I got out. Dr Rao said I'm a patient of Dr pentala. I said no. I'm a patient of Dr. Rao. Dr Rao said to go see Dr pentala. The staff at both Dr's office are playing ping pong with me! About who patient I am. Filed complaint about Dr Rao's office. This doctor is very kind and has a beautiful energy. She really listened to my concerns and is refreshingly thoughtful.
She is a breath of fresh air. Very competent, wonderful personality, and ability to connect with her patients. She is a gem.....highly recommended!!!!
