I found this spot by accident via the app Grubhub. Since I was around the corner, I drove to place my order. This deli is in the back corner of the Hillendale shopping center. Plenty of parking. I walked in and had to wait since the person up front was handling phone orders. After maybe a few minutes a young lady appeared and asked if she could take my order. When I first started ordering a few months ago, from jo-joes attention to detail was on point food hot, fresh & just like ordered. Last two times food was cold, ingredients missing, presention was sloppy like no interest in customer satisfaction. It seems like businesses start strong, then get your business then forget about the customer's satisfaction. Clean it up Jo-jo or your customers will go elsewhere where. REFUND PLEASE!
