Service was slow. Waited forever AFTER being seated. Waited forever AFTER we ordered....We sat inside and when it was time for up to go to the "pumpkin patch" outside we could not even get in.... Food is overpriced (sandwich no fries = $12-$14) and is 'just ok' at best. At any rate, you don't get any pumpkin. It's just a photo op. Drinks were kind of cute, but served in disposable cups not as pictured in the menu.

They are racist my daughter and friends wanted to go there for a small birthday celebrating they where racially profiled the same happened to my cuzn who is 6 years old
Attempted To Come With My 6 Year Old Daughter For Her Birthday A Group Of Women Walked Up Behind Us & We Were Told We Couldn’t Be Seated Because We All Knew Each Other WHICH WE DID NOT. I Guess They Assumed Because We Were All African American We Knew Each Other. Racial Profiling At It’s Finest.
Bad Customer service never will I ever come again
Went For Night Cap With My Bae🤗 Celebrating My 50th ,the Service was Great My waitress (Ashley)was So Cool ,the Food Was Prompt I Was Stuffed😂 ,A Lil Overpriced 😭 ,But Its Downtown Chicago What Do U Expect 🤷♀️ I can Truely say the I environment Was Comfortable ,I would Go again 😋
My party and I was unable to be seated at their restaurant bc we knew each other, spoke to each other, and walked up together. As we walked up we decided to sit together, but forgetting the new rules that just been put in place the staff reminded as well as pointed to the highlight part on the sign that there’s a maximum of 6 people. Tried to go there today with a party of six which included a baby. Staff told us they could not sit us. We asked if we could have two different tables and they said no. They said we could order take out and eat in our car. Also not very friendly kinda racist vibes. Needless to say we ended up at portillos. Better staff, food, service and cake shakes!
