Service is Terrible and waitress is not attentive. I will not recommend this venue nor will I be back.
RecommendedShakes and cocktails were very good! Our waiter was very attentive and funny.
The worst customer service Ive experienced thus far. Yesterday my family traveled to the shake bar. We arrived around 4:30pm. We were told upon arrival that they wouldn't be taking anymore guests for another hour. We thought ok no problem. We asked the host can we put our name on a list and was told no. Slow service, employees and security give you misinformation about dining and waiting. They even got into a disagreement infront of me and my guest. 🤦🏾♂️ You can get a better shake from Oberweis or DQ. Not worth the wait or the $14.
I try to create Memories that my daughters will never forget but I think my baby enjoyed the pumpkin patch part more than the shake at JoJo’s Shake Bar my opinion: it’s very overrated, they tend to think people of my color don’t have enough money.. as I was giving her my order the girl told me you know that shake is such and such price like 😒Yes! it was great the food was good.
the wait was wait to long, by the time we got out table my boys were excited but our waitress were rushing us to order and to get us out the table to sit other guests. that was just so unprofessional and completely rude. the food was great and took great pictures with my boys
