Someone from this store in charging my account for items that I am not buying! I have contacted you several times! This has happened twice!
I had a complicated return/exchange earlier this week and they couldn’t have been more helpful. (We couldn’t find the transaction anywhere… the one time hubby went/paid and didn’t put it under my name.) Amazing experience and personnel. Truly love this well-run business. Plus they are always this wonderful!
Incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the customer service. I ordered a necklace, and I didn't receive that I ordered. Since I've sent emails and left voicemails with no response. I really hope I can get this resolved and make my little girl's day.
