What a shipping nightmare. Not only was no shipping info sent, but I had to call, text and email the store to try and track it down. They also chose to send it with a recipient signature required which I didn’t ask for so then I had to go and track it down at my local post office. Hard pass on any future orders…they really need to focus more on the customer experience. If you are local and can buy in-store perhaps it’s ok but cannot recommend based on my experience.
poor communication
Unfortunately Jojo Mommy falls short in customer service. I formerly owned a shop for several years in Snider Plaza and our primary focus was to “wait on our patrons”. I love the lines that Jojo Mommy carries but my experience (three times) in their shop was most disappointing. My hope is that your sales associates will be instructed on how to at least SPEAK to customers. After all… in retail, it’s all about selling the merchandise. Good luck.
Someone from this store in charging my account for items that I am not buying! I have contacted you several times! This has happened twice!
