If you need proper healthcare, l would not recommend this home healthcare agency, from the Caretakers to the Office Staff. They are Dishonest and Unprofessional. I was a patient with JoJo and was refused documentation that l was a patient, which is now Under Intense Scrutiny and Investigation. This is a violation of Hippa. The office manager Michelle lied to me 15 times about receiving documentation for my Disability Records. Only someone who is inhumane would treat disabled persons as such. I had major cervical surgery at the end of February and have had Jojo healthcare since then. The 2 women who have primarily come are just incredible in terms of their dedication to helping me get better. There is nothing in this place has not been cleaned at least once or twice plus they will get whatever I need from the store. I've been blessed! I thank you Jojo Health care!
