Josh's management style is superb. The facility runs like a Swiss watch. Staff is professional, informed about their patients, compassionate, skilled, and way too much fun. Sue and Angie, the first people you meet as you enter, make you feel welcomed with their warmth and kindness. Josh is a wonderful therapist. Angie, with whom I spent most of my time, is the best taskmaster ever. I really enjoyed my time at JointPro PT (as much as you can enjoy having to go to PT!!). Michelle did a great job of tailoring my back treatment to suit my specific needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment that I've gotten at big box therapy shops in the past. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs PT and is looking for more customized treatment with a family vibe.
Michelle and Jen were fantastic. Michelle was able to identify and eliminate the pain I had in my shoulder. They were very accommodating regarding scheduling. I would recommend their office to everyone needing PT.
I graduated from Physical Therapy today! Michelle at #jointpro fixed my foot pain with treatments, exercise routines, and her magic hands!! JointPro New Lenox is Awesome!!
The staff at JointPro is outstanding. They helped me trough the tough knee replacement therapy. They are thorough, tough, very knowledgeable, and to top if off, have a great sense humor. I felt like family. Thank you all for your help. Mike
Can't say enough about Michelle and Jen at Joint Pro New Lenox location. I had a severe next problem which I have had surgery for in the past. My surgeon wanted me to try PT before even thinking about another surgery. I was not very optimistic. After 10 sessions with Michelle my neck and arm pain were 95% gone. She did an amazing job. Very caring and concerned about ME and how to help me become pain free! And I am happy to say that as of today I am pain free. I will continue to go to Joint Pro for an reoccurring problems.
Thank you to Josh and the team at JointPro Physical Therapy for everything they did to help my recovery!! I was probably a bit of a challenging patient at times since I wanted to push things as quickly as possible and get back to my normal routine. They had me progressing at a steady and SAFE pace so I didn't experience any setbacks or further injury to my knee. Everyone was so easy and great to work with!! Definitely experts in their field! If you do find yourself in a similar situation, I would highly recommend them!!
