I went to JointPro for a few months for my ankle and it was fantastic! The whole staff is so welcoming and made me very comfortable. I usually saw Colleen for my appointments and we had fun, she's amazing! I always enjoyed my appointments and looked forward to going because we always had a good time while I was there! I was unsure if therapy would help my ankle, but JointPro helped me tremendously and I couldn't be more grateful! I absolutely loved this place and all of the staff and I will miss everyone!
All of the staff at JointPro are very hands on and helpful. I felt that the exercises they gave me were very beneficial to strengthening my right leg after hip replacement surgery. I appreciated the fact that the staff "changed" up my therapy each time so I wasn't always doing the same thing. I believe I made a lot of progress while working with the therapists at JointPro and I plan on going back there once I get my left hip replacement. I definitely recommend JointPro to anyone in need of physical therapy.
My husband and I both found ourselves in need of physical therapy this past summer/fall and were lucky enough to have been referred to the Joint Pro facility in New Lenox. The entire staff couldn't have been more professional, empathetic, encouraging or accommodating over the months that we were under their care. They made the work of therapy more fun and I actually miss them now that we have both completed our rehab! We highly recommend Joint Pro to anyone in need of services in the New Lenox area. Better late than never..I have had the privilege of twice being a client needing PT services and finding Joint Pro to help me. Not only are they helpful and healing, but I felt like family, not just a patient. I never thought of PT as being "fun", but the well-trained staff made it enjoyable. Michelle was a great therapist! She evaluated and treated. Tried different exercises to continually strengthen. What I liked the most is I was not doing the exercises from home, but doing new and different that couldn't be done at home so I felt it was worth my time going to physical therapy
