The potential borrower's deal unfortunately did not meet JVC's criteria, she was not offered a letter of intent or approval. Unfortunately no one can guarantee a loan to anyone, all loan request must go through due diligence/underwriting. She was asking for a guarantee without providing documentation. Our agent spoke with her for an extended amount of time to make sure she understood our process as well as helping her with her application (not sure how this is a negative). I had a very hard deal, and JVC was very professional, I had been through many brokers and lenders, but JVC was the only one that would answer my call and questions and not go MIA on me for days and week. Highly recommended if you fit their criteria.
