Waited 45 min past my appointment time, then asked to be rescheduled at a less busy time. One of the staff members told me that this is the way it’s going to be going forward. I sincerely hope not as the waiting room was overflowing with people and.they kept coming in every 5 to 10 minutes. However they only took two people into examining rooms while I was there. I used to get great service at this location with appointments on time and friendly staff. Now staff hardly smiles and seems frustrated.
