This review has nothing to do with the doctor as I was never able to get an appointment. However, it's for the office staff and specifically the new patient coordinator. I originally contacted the JPI in October of 2017 and spoke with the new patient coordinator. I was asked to email my insurance cards, which I did, and was told they'd contact me after reviewing them. I want to make clear that this review has nothing to do with the doctor. I read the review posted by Ryan T and the same exact thing happened to me last year. Could not have stated it better myself. I will never understand how a medical office could be run this way!
An auto accident left one shoulder in chronic pain, with a limited range-of-motion besides. Dr. Jamali was referred to me and I found him to be one of the best surgeons ever! Grateful is an understatement now 3 months post-surgery. As time goes by, and I regain my ROM, I hear more and more testimonials for him. I wish I could clone him for others. Thank you so much Dr. Jamali. You ARE the angel.
