Attention to the owner! I have been doing all my tire business at your shop for around 4-5 years. Maybe been there 10-15 times. Today i can to fix another tire. Notified juan that the vehicle has air suspension and asked him if he knows how to work on them. ( i think it is better to be informed than to screw it up) juan stated to ignore me, when i asked him if he thinks it was respectful to just ignore the customer rather than than talk to me, he offered me to go outside and have a fight. I will still give this place five stars cause most guys are nice and I don’t like that the idea of lowest reviews may drive their income down. But please message to the owner you need to TEACH the bold person how to talk to the customers (simple). And if he doesn’t improve try not to put him in the front.
