Attention to the owner! I have been doing all my tire business at your shop for around 4-5 years. Maybe been there 10-15 times. Today i can to fix another tire. Notified juan that the vehicle has air suspension and asked him if he knows how to work on them. ( i think it is better to be informed than to screw it up) juan stated to ignore me, when i asked him if he thinks it was respectful to just ignore the customer rather than than talk to me, he offered me to go outside and have a fight.
